Overall requirements:
1. Type: The belt is used as the conveyor line, and there are 5 glue spraying heads built in, which can spray glue in straight line and wave shape.
2. Length: about 5000mm.
3. Width: The belt width is about 2200mm.
4. Height: total about 1800mm.
5. Single sheet glue spraying time (including feeding and discharging): ≤15S.
6. Configure Robatech 30L hot melt glue machine.
Structural requirements:
1. The 400w geared motor is used as the belt drive to move smoothly. The frame is welded with high-quality 40*80 rectangular steel, and the glue-spraying transmission part is protected by a sealing plate.
2. Use high-quality silicone non-stick belt with guiding ribs.
3. Centralized control in the main control box.
